Exercise during pregnancy
If you want to keep fit and have fun during your pregnancy, consider the art of belly dancing! Belly dancing has been used as a preparation for pregnancy and birth in the middle east since ancient times and holds many benefits when practised whilst pregnant.
Bellydance 4 bumps is a new DVD that helps you discover belly dancing in your own home, providing instruction specially for pregnant women. It has been produced by the well-known professional bellydance teacher Stephanie Gawne-Hamza who presently runs classes in Cardiff.
See www.bellydance4bumps.co.uk for more information on Stephanie and how to purchase the DVD.
