All services are provided in your own home in order for you to feel most comfortable and in control, in the belief that as the parent, you are the expert on your baby. They are designed simply to facilitate your period of transition to parenthood.

These services can be bought on behalf of somebody else-a great gift idea for baby showers, maternity leave presents, congratulations on the new arrival or just because you know it would greatly help out someone you love.

About Doula Services

In today's Western culture, there are often high expectations of women to continue with a busy lifestyle whilst pregnant and following birth. A doula is a non-medical support person who can be there for you, to complement the care you are receiving from your health professional. A doula helps you to cope with those extra demands by providing emotional and practical support during this process, from help with baby care to running errands or just being there for encouragement and a chat.

Using a doula can have huge benefits as it may lead to being more prepared for the birth, the need for fewer interventions, easier recovery from birth, more successful breastfeeding, enhanced bonding with baby and feeling empowered as a parent.
